Who know’s want to do and who to contact when there’s a flood? Northamponshire Council wanted to help the public without putting a strain on their internal resources.
Solution
We created an engaging and useful online flood defence toolkit. The website guides the public through their particular disaster based round information supplied from our user testing research.
